Movies and Banjos.

On Friday I was sat around the office working on google maps for holiday cottages, while listening to country music and wearing my Cowboy hat. Thursday  I ordered True Grit (1963) on DVD not a big enough fan of John Wayne to purchase it on Blu-Ray.

Saturday I went to Leeds to watch Black Swan, True Grit, and Never Let Me Go. All of the films were good but I'd recommend Never Let Me Go. Its wonderful and sadly beautiful. I also bought myself a new shirt and a banjo! I also got a new jumper.

Ive been working slowly on the book I had proposed to be finished in January, "Experimenting With Magic" a body of work composed entirly of photographs taken with Impossible Polaroid Products. This has become bigger than I had originally intended and with my change of preference with respect to the colour and black and white materials, I have aimed now to have the book finished by the end of this year.

I have been song writing and also have a few instrumentals in the loop, none of this as yet has made it to the recording stage, although I have a feeling something will end up on cassette soon. Im hoping to pen a cover of something by Belle & Sebastian soon, this may end up on YouTube. If anyone is wanting to collaborate with me, musically or photographically then please send me an email to samuelclarkephotography@gmail.com
